2. Regular health 𝗦𝗖π—₯π—˜π—˜π—‘π—œπ—‘π—š at least once a year.

3. Do some 𝗦𝗣𝗒π—₯𝗧. Minimum 20 minutes per day.

4. Take care your 𝗦𝗧𝗒𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗛.
Avoid 𝗖π—₯𝗔𝗣 ( Carbonated drink, Refinery Sugar, Artificial Food, Process Food)

5. Deep π—¦π—Ÿπ—˜π—˜π—£ at least 1 hour per day. Good rest.

6. Take recommended π—¦π—¨π—£π—£π—Ÿπ—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ that suits you.
